Hall current sensors measure current based on the Hall effect principle, enabling non-contact current measurement and featuring high precision and excellent electrical isolation characteristics.
Work process
Current input: The measured current passes through the main circuit of the sensor, generating a corresponding magnetic field.
Hall potential generation: Hall elements generate Hall potential under the influence of a magnetic field.
Signal processing: The signal processing circuit amplifies the Hall potential and converts it into an output signal proportional to the measured current.
The final output voltage signal can be directly read and processed by various acquisition devices, such as AD, DSP, PLC, etc
